I.T Support Team Leader
We are recruiting for an I.T Support Team Leader who will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to our clients and leading our small team of Support Engineers. Ideally this is an opportunity for an IT Support Professional to develop their career with an innovative and exciting company.

Skills and experience:
Technical incident & project management
1st/2nd line I.T Support experience using industry standard RMM tools
On-site I.T support in a customer facing role
PC, Server & Office App configuration – Microsoft OS’s, Hyper-V & Office 365
Firewall/Router configuration and troubleshooting (Draytek & Watchguard)
Troubleshooting of networks and other Hardware
Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards and best practices (particularly Cyber Essentials)
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, AD, SBS2011 & RDS
Excellent knowledge of desktop operating systems (7, 8.1 & 10)
Excellent communication skills in fluent English along with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Clean driving license
Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
Confident and have a professional telephone manner engaging with our clients, 3rd parties, other engineers as well as management
Able to manage the workload for yourself and a small team of support engineers

Apprentice / Trainee I.T Support Engineer
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Junior I.T Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing 1st line support to our clients. Ideally this is an opportunity for a recent college or university graduate to start their career in I.T with an innovative and exciting company.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide 1st line support to Lithium clients either on customer sites, over the phone or via remote access technologies.
Firewall/Router troubleshooting with a good knowledge of internet, Wi-Fi and mobile technologies.
Monitor client’s sites including management and reporting of backups, anti-virus and OS patching.
Use our call tracking platform to manage support calls and assess all incoming calls with regards to priority and skill requirements.
Management of site documentation to ensure that it’s accurate and up-to-date.
