We are recruiting an I.T Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing 2
nd line I.T support to our clients. Ideally this is an opportunity for an I.T Support Professional to develop their career with an innovative and exciting company.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Technical incident management
- Provision of 2nd line I.T Support to our customer base
- I.T Project management skills
- Server configuration primarily focusing on Microsoft Server OS’s and virtualisation
- Firewall/Router configuration and troubleshooting with a good knowledge of IP & DNS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills covering Server OS’s, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Good knowledge of I.T Security Best Practice
You ideally have:
- I.T qualification (BTEC, HNC/HND, Degree) and/or Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
- Experience of Virtualisation technologies including Hyper-V & VMware
- Experience managing Office 365, Azure and other Cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Backup Solutions including Veeam
- Understanding of networking inc DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN, etc
- Excellent knowledge of Server operating systems (2012 R2 & 2016)
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English along with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
