I.T Support Engineer
We are recruiting an I.T Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to our clients. Ideally this is an opportunity for an IT Support Professional to develop their career with an innovative and exciting company.

Skills and experience:- Technical incident management
- 1st line I.T Support, remote management and monitoring using our application base
- On-site I.T support in a customer facing role
- PC and Server configuration - Microsoft
- Firewall/Router configuration and troubleshooting with a good knowledge of ADSL
- Troubleshooting of networks and other I.T Hardware (desktops, laptops & printers)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- I.T qualification (BTEC, HNC/HND, Degree) and/or Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA, MCSE)
- Experience of using and configuring email on Blackberry/PDA/Smartphones
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SBS (2003/2008/2011), DNS, Terminal Services and DHCP
- Excellent knowledge of desktop operating systems (XP, Vista & 7)
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English along with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Clean driving license
- Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
- Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
- Confident and have a professional telephone manner engaging with our clients, 3rd parties, other engineers as well as management
