We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Administrator to join our busy team. During your training period you will provide administrative support to the whole team and work closely with all aspects of the existing administration within the business.

Our ideal candidate will be motivated, someone who tries hard and is willing to learn. You will need to have good organisational skills, enjoy working as part of a team whilst also being able to manage your workload efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with all mail and parcels in/out
• Answering the telephone and logging customer calls on the system
• Contacting Customers to follow up on return of equipment
• Ordering various products from suppliers e.g. stationery
• Filing of paperwork and record keeping
• Support Reception area & deal with visitors
• General Admin duties

Requirements:

• Polite, friendly manner
• Hardworking & willing to learn
• Good timekeeping & attendance
• Basic knowledge of using a computer including Microsoft Office & email
• Must be able to quickly learn new skills and retain information

This role would suit a school/college leaver or someone who is looking for their first role in the IT sector. Salary will be negotiated on application and dependent on experience and skill set. Full training on all elements of the role will be provided.

We are currently recruiting a Technical Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team. Ideally this is an opportunity for an Office Professional to develop their career within a team of innovative and highly skilled people.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement with suppliers
• Technical admin of IT estates for existing client base
• Coordinate incoming fault calls for engineering team
• Maintain diary for engineering team and ongoing projects
• Manage billing and invoicing queries
• Maintain successful relationships with clients and suppliers

You ideally have:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Excellent knowledge of office admin operations
• Excellent knowledge of Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and written skills in fluent English

You are:

• Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
• Reliable and willing to meet customer demands
• Able to manage projects from inception through to delivery
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
• Confident and have a professional telephone manner engaging with our clients, 3rd parties
• Able to prioritise the workload for a small team of Telecom Engineers
• Flexible in your approach to learning new technologies

Salary Range is £20,000 to £24,000 and will be negotiated depending on experience.
