Lithium Systems Co-Founder Stephen Franklyn Retires After 22 Years of Service
Alloa, Clackmannanshire, United Kingdom – Lithium Systems, a leading Managed Services Provider in Central Scotland, proudly announces the retirement of Co-Founder Stephen Franklyn, following 22 years of exemplary service and leadership.

Since co-founding the company in 2003, Stephen has been a driving force behind Lithium Systems’ growth, reputation, and innovation. His strategic vision and customer-focused leadership have transformed the company into a respected name in the managed IT services sector.

New Leadership Team Announced
In line with its ongoing commitment to excellence, Lithium Systems is pleased to announce the formation of a new senior leadership team:

Gayle Franklyn – Head of Sales & Client Relations
With over seven years at Lithium Systems, Gayle has been instrumental in building and maintaining client relationships. Her extensive knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and “modern workplace” requirements positions her perfectly to lead strategic client engagement, including business reviews, key vendor partnerships, and tailored support.

Gemma Cunningham – Head of Service Delivery & Projects
Gemma brings nine years of technical and managerial experience within Lithium. Her new role encompasses the end-to-end management of service delivery across our support services and project implementations. Her trusted relationships with clients and commitment to service quality levels continue to be central to the company’s operations.

Iain Gladstone – Head of Admin & Application Services
With nearly 11 years at Lithium and over 40 years in the IT and electronics industries, Iain has helped expand the company’s application services offering. His expertise in business processes and accountancy software will now support the wider administrative functions of the business.
